Call out for Millarville Market - DEADLINE FEBRUARY 23

Hello Potters!

This is a call out to APA current and future members to participate in the Millarville Farmers' Market this year. The summer market is every Saturday from June 15th to October 5th, 9am-2pm. Please let me know by February 23rd if you would like to participate.

If you are not a member at this time, you can still participate, just renew your membership in April.  APA membership year is April 1st 2019 to March 31th 2020.

How does it work?

Choose Your Saturdays between June 15th- Oct 5th

Please let me know ASAP what Saturdays you want to work and I will pair you with another potter for the day.

 Table Fees

Table fees are $25 per artist, per Saturday. Once the schedule is made fees are due up front by cheque or e-transfer.

What is Required of you

We have an assigned 10x10 area for our booth in the concession loop. If you are working the Market, you will need to pickup the APA tent, displays, supplies, and cash box prior to the Saturday you are working.  You will need to arrive by 7:30am to set up for the day with the other potter who will meet you there. Then, pack and take down at the end of the day, after 2pm. If you are not working consecutive Saturdays you will be asked to arrange with the next Saturday potters to past on the tent and all supplies.

Millarville Market APA booth accepting potters!

 The Millarville Market is on Saturdays from June 16 to October 6

If you are interested in trying out a Saturday or two:

  • Potters must attend from 7am until 2pm.
  • Tables, tablecloths, and tent are provided.
  • Artists must bring one tote of pottery and any prop pieces. Our theme is black tablecloths and medium to dark colored wood for props. We do have a couple prop pieces for artists to use. Please keep to these theme colours.
  • Table fee is $25/Saturday. You will be sharing a tent and may share a table. You are guaranteed 1/2 of a table. We have a maximum of three potters per Saturday
  • Deadline for application is May 15, 2018.
