Want to be a vendor at our upcoming APA Winter Pottery Sale?
All vendors must be a current APA member. A current list of members is posted on the APA website.
Vendor Registration will open on Friday, August 29th at 10:00am here
When: November 14th set up 3:30-4:45pm Sale runs from 5pm-9pm AND November 15th 10-4pm and tear down 4pm-5pm.
Where: Marda Loop Community Association (3130 16 St SW, Calgary, AB)
Booth Options:
Single - $120 (one 8’ table, one single per purchase, waitlist for additional singles will be available)
Corner - $200 (two 6’ tables in a L or inverted L configuration)
Registration is first-come first-serve. When payment is confirmed, your spot is secured. A follow up email will be sent with detailed information about logistics of the sale day.
Important Info:
Singles and Corners may be shared between a maximum of two potters, both must be a current APA member.
Each vendor is responsible for providing their own table cloth (table cloths available to rent), display, packing materials and POS system.
It is advised to have a payment system in place to take online payments.
Tables will be provided, single tables are 8’ and corner tables are two 6’
Set up will begin at 3:30pm on November 14th.
APA will advertise the show locally and online on behalf of the artists.
