Join the APA on November 14th & 15th, 2025 for the 6th Annual Winter Pottery Sale!

CORNER TABLE - $200 (two 6’ tables in an L or inverted L configuration)

E-TRANSFER TABLE FEE to treasurer.albertapotters@gmail.com LABELED with your name and CORNER TABLE. When payment is confirmed, your spot is secured.

When: November 14th from (set up 3:30pm-4:45pm) 5pm-9pm AND November 15th 10-4pm (tear down 4pm-5pm)
Where: Marda Loop Community Association (3130 16 St SW, Calgary, AB)

All vendors must be a current APA member. A current list of members is posted on the APA website.

Registration is first-come first-serve. A follow up email will be sent with detailed information about logistics of the sale day.

Important Info:

• Tables may be shared between a maximum of two potters, both must be a current APA member.

• Each vendor is responsible for providing their own table cloth, display, packing materials and POS system.

• Table is provided.

• It is advised to have a payment system in place to take online payments.

• Set up will begin at 4pm on November 15th.

APA will advertise the show locally and online on behalf of the artists.
